Natassja did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially when I was nervous about receiving injections in the roof of my mouth. Tawnya started everything off right with my first phone call. She was professional, empathetic and kind! Then Lily cleaned my teeth with precision & no pain! Dr. Ong performed an extensive evaluation of my gums & teeth while examining me for oral cancer. He was polite, thorough, very knowledgeable & very kind! My appointment was concluded by a meeting with Dr. Ong, developing a comprehensive dental plan which he explained in detail and met my needs thoroughly! I met with Kaisha as well. She was not only kind & caring but also explained the financial side in detail but also made it easy to understand!
